01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "a9piso," "we," "us," "our" refers to a9piso, the operator of the Platform accessible at a9piso.cam.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the Platform.
• "Platform" means the a9piso website, all games, applications, services, and tools accessible at a9piso.cam.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated virtual account balance held within your a9piso account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent value, or match amounts credited to your account as a bonus that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player using an approved payment method, net of any bonuses.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, a mandatory process required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the a9piso Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. a9piso conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where required.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines and that online gaming is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of access. a9piso does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on a9piso, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address;
• Submit to KYC identity verification using an accepted government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, passport, or driver's license) prior to processing any withdrawal;
• Create and maintain only one (1) account on the Platform;
• Agree to receive SMS and email communications from a9piso for account security and promotional purposes (opt-out available for promotional communications).

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each natural person may register and maintain only one active a9piso account. Households may have multiple accounts provided each account is registered to a distinct individual with separate government-issued identification. a9piso reserves the right to investigate and close duplicate accounts, suspending all associated balances pending investigation.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a9piso account credentials, including your username, password, and withdrawal PIN. You must not share your credentials with any third party. a9piso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify a9piso support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information provided to a9piso remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method details change, you must update your account information promptly. a9piso accepts no liability for failed transactions, missed communications, or security incidents arising from outdated account information.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive calendar months of inactivity, defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity. a9piso reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ₱100 per calendar month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be deactivated without notice.

3.4 Account Verification

a9piso reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension.

04 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

a9piso accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfers. a9piso does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in the player's name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash, PayMaya, and Coins.ph deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) are processed within 5–10 minutes during banking hours. 7-Eleven Cliqq cash deposits are processed within 15–30 minutes of successful payment confirmation at the branch. a9piso accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages.

4.3 Fund Source

By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that the funds being deposited are legitimately sourced and are not derived from any unlawful activity. a9piso is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Deposits from payment instruments not registered to the account holder will be declined and refunded.

05 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to players whose KYC identity verification has been successfully completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 via GCash or PayMaya. Standard account daily withdrawal limits are ₱500,000 via e-wallet and ₱2,000,000 via bank transfer. VIP tier players may have higher limits. Jackpot wins exceeding standard daily limits are processed in tranches over consecutive business days.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Processing times stated above are indicative under normal operating conditions. a9piso is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions, network congestion, or force majeure events.

5.3 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the a9piso account. a9piso will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy is maintained for anti-money laundering compliance and player protection.

5.4 Withdrawal Hold on Bonus Activity

Withdrawals of funds derived from Bonus activity are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met in full prior to withdrawal. a9piso reserves the right to void Bonus winnings and decline withdrawals where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfill wagering requirements is identified.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by a9piso are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the applicable promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement on Welcome Bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unfulfilled wagering requirements at expiry result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

a9piso monitors bonus usage patterns. Conduct deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-variance wagering solely to fulfill requirements, and coordinated bonus exploitation with other players — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent termination.

6.4 Promotion Modification

a9piso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already triggered a bonus in good faith prior to modification will generally not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes; however, a9piso retains final discretion in cases of technical error or promotion miscommunication.

07 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the a9piso Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and unmanipulated. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-run theoretical averages across a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, display errors, or software faults — a9piso will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, a9piso may void affected game rounds and refund the wager amounts for those rounds. Wins achieved during a documented technical malfunction are not guaranteed payable if the malfunction is determined to have affected game integrity.

7.3 Bet Limits

Each game on the Platform is subject to minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. a9piso reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. For Live Dealer games, table-specific limits apply and supersede any general platform minimums or maximums.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a9piso Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting another person in maintaining accounts that circumvent platform restrictions;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any unauthorized software to interact with the Platform or games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain; any such gains are void and recoverable by a9piso;
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or employees to manipulate game outcomes;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or any other unlawful activity;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or in furtherance of any financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform through prohibited jurisdictions using VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at a9piso staff, support agents, or other players.

09 Responsible Gaming

a9piso is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 90 days), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek professional help.

All players at a9piso must be 21 years of age or older as required by PAGCOR and Philippine law. Gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a source of income. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the a9piso Platform — including but not limited to the a9piso brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of a9piso or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of a9piso.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a9piso's aggregate liability to any Player for claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a9piso is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if a9piso has been advised of the possibility of such damages. a9piso is not responsible for the conduct, content, or practices of third-party game providers, payment processors, or external service providers integrated with the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." a9piso makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, although a9piso takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain Platform security and uptime.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your a9piso account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any available Real Money Funds balance. Bonus Funds and Bonus winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

12.2 Termination by a9piso

a9piso reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct is identified; (c) a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or (d) continued operation of the account presents unacceptable risk to the Platform's integrity or other players. In the event of termination for cause, a9piso may withhold the account balance pending investigation and potential recovery proceedings.

13 Changes to Terms & Conditions

a9piso reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate modification is required by law or regulatory directive, in which case changes take effect upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the modification.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your account that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of a written notice of dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, players may submit a formal complaint to a9piso support providing relevant game round IDs, timestamps, and a clear description of the issue. a9piso will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR through the applicable regulatory complaints process.
